It can increase your likley hood of getting a disease if you have an open wound. It sounds like you need to stretch your foreskin because it-s too tight. I would try some stretching excersises and talk to a doctor. He can give you some steriod creame to help making your skin looser. Circumcision will fix the problem but it will also make you penis less sensitive. So I would only get circumcised as a last resort. Goodluck.

Whilst these scratches may be only that, just simple scratches, they may actually be tiny tears. More lubrication before and during the actual sex act may help but if the foreskin is tearing you will eventually find it gets too tight to retract. Personally, I-d be a little more concerned as to how you got them, and why your trying to get rid of them.

BUT, the fix to that would depend on if the skin was broken or not. If it was, Neosporin (pardon the spelling) will be a good way to clean it up and make sure its not going to get infected, but due to lack of exposure to the area in general, its likely to be fine to go uncovered, as in you dont have to wrap it up in bandaids.

Bruising, not much you can do, I heard taking something cold to a bruise can help speed the healing process, but I have also heard the same about warmth. While it wont be instantanious, you could try either.

Indentation from teeth might be a little tricky... that will likely go away in a day or two, maybe longer depending, but on a guess, I would try maybe a healing lotion of some kind, like an powerful moisturizing one designed for badly chapped hands or dry-cracked feet or something. There isn-t a specific -penis lotion- that I have ever heard of.
