Personally, I-d be a little more concerned as to how you got them, and why your trying to get rid of them.

BUT, the fix to that would depend on if the skin was broken or not. If it was, Neosporin (pardon the spelling) will be a good way to clean it up and make sure its not going to get infected, but due to lack of exposure to the area in general, its likely to be fine to go uncovered, as in you dont have to wrap it up in bandaids.

Bruising, not much you can do, I heard taking something cold to a bruise can help speed the healing process, but I have also heard the same about warmth. While it wont be instantanious, you could try either.

Indentation from teeth might be a little tricky... that will likely go away in a day or two, maybe longer depending, but on a guess, I would try maybe a healing lotion of some kind, like an powerful moisturizing one designed for badly chapped hands or dry-cracked feet or something. There isn-t a specific -penis lotion- that I have ever heard of.

Dont think you can have to wait for them to heal naturally,maybe you could try a bit of ointment to speed it up a bit
