Don-t touch them! Could be herpes, or it could be nothing. I-d recommend going to the doctor immediately. The only way to test if it is herpes is to get a sample when it is active. If you want to wait it out, just do nothing. If it goes away, but scabs, then you got herpes, my friend. I repeat, though, don-t try to pop them! If they-re just pimples, they-ll go away. It is normal, leave them alone.
Or you could see your doctor and explain what you have. There may be a treatment for removing them.
I wouldn-t go trying to pop them though as i don-t think there are seen as conventional pimples.
Don-t stress over them there are natural. Just another thing we arn-t taught by our fathers or schools.
