you can -break- it in a couple of ways:

According to Wikipedia, it-s caused by blunt trauma to an erect penis haha.By having sex to hard, by pulling out and then just ramming it in, by pulling it out and trying to ram it in but hitting something else...numerous ways. it results in a bent wiener. You CAN have it fixed.when erect, if incorrectly handled, the spongey like stuff inside, almost like cartilage, can break. its pretty rare if you have any common sense at all...break it not sure about that . possible to sprain it
