last time i checked, um....no! fat clogs your arteries by adhearing itself to the walls of the vessel. this in turn increases your blood pressure. And when blood is obstructed to a less than critical part of your body, your body start to try and get blood supply to that part by extending out smaller vessels from the surrounding vessels to bypass the clog on its own! I-ve never hear of arterial clogging being a reason for impotence.
