my penis smells even shortly after washing. i have been to the docs and i was given cream to apply twice a day for ten days. this didn-t work. i have been back, and then was told to Just wash with water don-t use soap. this also hasn-t worked.

i haven-t got any STD-s. i have been checked! i don-t even have the symptoms.

no itchiness, redness or discharge.

any ideas?

Well, theres one of two things (maybe both) that could be causing it to smell (providing what you say about no STDs etc is right.)

1. Urine
2. Ejaculation fluids


Firstly, stop masterbating for a week (hard I know, but you want to sort this out right?) and see if the smell goes. If it does... Then just clean your penis straight after masterbating for now on. If it still smells, it must be the urine.

If this is the case, drink absolutely loads of water (safely.) Your urine will then basically all be water; clear and odourless. So if it was originally the urine causing the problem... Simply drink more water!

Give both a good week to assess whether it is the problem or not.

That is so bad that if you do not see real improvement soon, you should have a sex change operation, so that you do not have to face girls laughing at you. They will put you on female hormones and then they will operate to cut off your testicles and your penis. They will bore hole in you and cut open the penis and make an artificial (but barren) vagina out of it. You then will no longer have any performance anxiety and you can just lie back and enjoy the sex.

Well you know how you get erections usually 4-5 times a day? Sometimes fluid comes out and if its left on the penis for a few hours it can begin to smell. Also, after you masturbate, make sure that you clean your penis 10 minutes after. That way all of the fluid will have leaked out but it doesnt have time to dry and begin to smell.

I know guys don-t wipe after peeing, have you tried that?

If it is the pee, you may have to change your diet and drink more water. A healthy detox, i know guys will not be up to that but is worth a try.

As for the doctor keep on pushing and say it is making you uncomfortable that the smell can be noticed by other people.

hello budy i am muslim guy in our religion we don-t have this problem because we did hair shaving in whole penis section whenever hair grow at that area and another thing is this wash penis after loo 5 times in day with simple water i hope u will got good results soon

Do you have any other body odor problems?

Aside from previous suggestions there is a product out there called Nullo. It is sold online and works (I-ve tried it), though never for your specific problem.

okay since external cleaning is NOT working, work internally: take some Activated Charcoal and Chlorphyll and Sage. these will do an internal cleaning and hopefully give you a new body odour scent?

I had the same problem; I could wash four or five times a day, and it still smelled. I finally just got the foreskin lopped off. Best thing I ever did.
