is your head exposed or is there skin covering it?

no foreskin = circumcised
foreskin = not

ok if on the top of your penis the very end( your head) there is skin there that slides down under it to expose the head when you are hard aka erect that you are all natural. if there is no skin there at all no matter you being erect of soft/flaccid then that means it was cut off and you are circumcised.
