now im trying to grow my penis to about 7 8 inches or so and was told penis jelqing kind of young so dont know what that is lol can any body give me the right things to do step by step
it-s precisely because you-re still young that your body CAN respond to certain methods.
1. Vacuum pump -- google this
2. Rubber band: Wind a few rubber bands TIGHTLY round the base of your penis and scrotum. It should hurt at first, then after a while the pain will go away. leave on for a week at least, then remove for 2-3 days, then repeat.
3. Weights: Sounds silly, but proven. Find something to fasten weights to the tip of your penis. Probably in the 5-10lb range.
Do naked squats, 20 reps by 5 sets twice a week. It HAS to hurt for the penile tissue to adapt.
