Better than rulers to measure your penis is one of those plastic measuring tapes. That way u can follow the curve of your penis (if u have a curved one).

Make sure u put the measure so it touches the bone above your penis or it will measure u too short.

Also make sure u have a full erection.

When you have an erection, you take a ruler and put one end up against your pubic region (the base of your penis) and read the measurement at the tip of the head.
