Studies have shown that women who actually HAVE HAD sex with both circumcised and uncircumcised guys, prefer it uncircumcised. Girls who have never seen an uncircumcised penis do not react as well -- but in reality, the uncircumcised penis gives more pleasure to both partners during sex.

Incidentally, I am circumcised, although I wish my parents had left the decision up to me by not having me circumcised as a small child. You have the ability to make a decision for yourself. I would think for a while before deciding to cut something off that increases pleasure, and cannot be put back on.

Yes, the uncircumcised penis CAN be harmful to a woman - but only if the man has poor personal hygiene. Left unwashed, the penis accumulates a waxy substance called smegma. (slang=cheese) This has been implicated in cervical cancer by transmitting the Human Papillomavirus (HPV). So - be nice to your partner - wash you tackle daily.

I-ve heard that it is actually better! with an uncircumcised guy. Never had one though, unfortunately.

You do need to make sure that you use condoms, as uncircumcised penises can harbor std viruses behind the foreskin more easily than a circumcised penis.

Of course it isn-t bad for the woman. If it was, men would have evolved without a foreskin. Unless you have a medical reason for wanting to have it removed, I-d just leave it. After all, once it-s gone, you can never get it back. At the very least, wait until you-re older and more sexually experienced to decide.

My ex-husband wasn-t circumcised, and when it-s hard, there is no difference between an uncircumcised peen and a circumcised peen.

The only difference I ever noticed is that when it wasn-t hard, it looked like it was wearing a turtleneck sweater.

I say stay as you are. I-ve experienced both and it-s not horrible at all. Actually it-s pretty enjoyable. There can be issues with bacteria so make sure you clean thoroughly. Have fun and be safe!
