That-s a good question because your penis is always changing size and shape unless it-s erect. If I was having it done, mine would always be erect but I doubt if that-s the way they do them. I don-t think I could ever get my penis tattooed.
I hope somebody gives a good answer to this question.

Reet U C....Just happen to have them on the penis and on the pubic area to help hide scars. M-M characters to be exact. Had many surgeries from an accident years ago. They go on with out any erection, or problems. Good Luck!
