Not to worry. Puberty does not stop at 16. In fact, some boys don-t even start puberty until 16. Also your penis can grow into your early 20-s (like 21, 22, even 23). So you don-t have anything to worry about !

mine sarted at 13, but i m 14 now and i hope its still growing
