Why do you want to do that? Piercing male genitalia is a dangerous proposition and should, in any circumstances, be avoided! You may ask why? Let me explain:

1. If you -pierce through the middle-, there is always a chance that you will hit the urethra (where the urine pass) and result in urinary fistula !! This spells -big troubles-.

2. I have seen spontaneous gangrene of the penis in relatively healthy young adult (Fournier-s gangrene). In one to two days the whole penis falls off!!! Young man, if you see one, you will never forget it!!!

So for your sake and for your well being, forget your piercing ideas!!!

ok take apower drill and stick it down ur urethra to clean out the inside. i mean itsn othjing important. and take a a straw and a hammer
