it is possible to get acne anywhere on your body. i tend to put a bit of pimple/acne cream on the spot and it usually clears it right up. just wash there more frequently with soap.

I don-t think its acne best see a doctor as soon as possible, mysterious rashes, lumps and sores on your genitalia should be sorted for both your own and your partners health.
Sometimes the symptoms can go but the problem is still there. Get checked.
