Like i know that is the ruleR thats commonly use but which direction should the penis be towarding and what really determines the size of the penis before or after erection???

Ok, this is what you do. Take your ruler. Stick it as far up your azzhole as possible. Mark where the ruler stops. Subtract that number by 3 and that is how big your penis is.

This method is prefered because alot of people have a hard time measuring their penis while it-s fully erect. Generally, the average is around 6 inches, but don-t feel bad if your below that. Its not the size that matters, but how you use it! = )

get fully erect, stand up, make your erection parallel to the ground, then press the ruler against your pubic bone and measure from there to the tip.
for girth get a string and wrap it around the thickest part and mark it off. then lay that along the ruler to find your measurement
