what would their reaction be like? because I-m the first child then my bro then my sister. also my bro who is 14 is like 2-3inches taller than me im only 5-7. well my penis is sorta of devoloped with pubic hair and stuff. but the size isnt up to par. im 18 yrs old btw. should he be concern and go take me to go see the doctor?

Your 18 you can take yourself.. just tell him you have to have some male problems checked out,,, you probably just need to give it more time,, some are very late bloomers
