I-m 13 also, and I use Gold Bond on my penis and balls. I think it will help stop the itching, and it feels really really good anyway.

Take an anti-histamine, like Benadryl.
Anything anti-histamine should stop the itch that comes from shaving.
If you don-t have any, or want to take that, put some moisturizer on it.

Been there, done that. I used to just wait it out. But the suggestions above sound like they-re worth trying.
