i think the pornos with the 15- -ers are fake. I would say probably about 12 inches. I-m not even sure i would want one that big...that has to really inconvenient and uncomfortable to wear clothes and stuff. Heck it would be great when you are naked tho. i guess if mine was 12- i would probably BE naked all the time just to show it off.
