If personal hygiene isn-t great, there can be some stuff build up - girls can get it, too.
Obviously if it-s left long enough, you can get infections and all that fun stuff.
But if you just make sure to clean that particular area daily, it should go away.

well if you are uncut you need too pull your foreskin back and clean under it .does it look like a white film . just clean it off every time you shower or in between keeping it clean will result in it happening less
