i have these mesh shorts that feel great for running, but i have an eight incher and very big balls. when i jog, its hard to contain them in there and they will go out one short leg or up by the waistband. Dont call me wierd but its uncomfortable to jog with underwear because it just sticks all over from the sweat if you do intense running. It feels good having it hang free but it doesnt feel good when other people see it if i dont want to be exposed at that moment. help please?

Try this jock called -the sock-. I-m sure you can find it online somewhere. It should keep it from popping out, but still give you that free feeling.

try either briefs or boxer briefs. they are tight so it won-t feel gross. you can save the boxers for other times or ur gf if you have one.

try titty whities i know you said you dont like underwear but its actually a good idea for you to wear them for 2 reasons to fix your problem and when your running your balls bounce around and that may cause them to swell and the only way to fix it is surgery by them sticking a needle in and sucking out the puss, trust me you want to use them it happened to my brother he said its very painful
