the tube below my testes i pressed/massaged hard that now its backed up and i cant feel much of it. is it dangerous now because this happened many hrs ago

Um.....your tube is backed up? Maybe you should take it to a repair shop. Get it cleaned out. While you are there you can have your balls oiled, too.

maybe it needs to be serviced. take it into the shop for a lube/hand job.
