My penis is becaming soft.How can the problem be solved ? -
I am 48. Have diabetics.Back pain - leg pain
Don-t believe me? Well, while the wrong blood pressure medications can cause ED (Erectile Disorder), diabetes itself damages the nerves that effect the erection (and eventually, the blood vessels as well).
So, and this is *presuming* that you are overweight - anything over a BMI - Body Mass Index - of 25, are you *serious* about this problem? Because if you *genuinely* value your sex life, and this is where it counts - if you *genuinely* value your erections, you *will* lose weight to achieve that BMI or better. And you don-t need me to tell you how you lose weight - it-s not some -diet- or other that you try for a few weeks an then go off, and it-s not some medication (though your Metformin can certainly help). You just change your lifestyle and eating *habits* so you eat half as many calories (but plenty of vitamins - vegetables), and exercise for -one hour of sweat each day-.
And that-s it. Incidentally, going cycling (by preference) or even walking that hour each day will likely fix your back and leg pain too!
{Disclaimer: If you have Type I diabetes on insulin *and* already have a BMI under 25 - so sorry! The above does not apply; this is a totally different disease.}
