That would really depend on:
1.The size of the penis when erect (x) and
2.The girth of the abdomen when fully distended (y)
Once y-x, penile viewing would not be possible without external asistance via camera or other device.
So if the average guy has a 6inch penis erect (figures vary) and x=6. Then the girth from the pelvic bone outward of 6inches would be the radius. And the circumference of 2piR would be about 38inches. Now if you consider the extra girth as a constant it-s probably more like 42inches, but that is an estimate at best.
Edit:I also read in the very reliable source Maxim that the average male waist in the US is 38 inches and I refuse to believe that the average guy can-t see his own member.

is it mainly in you thighs, legs, arms, stomache?
