  • According to the chart in the attached link, the average 13 year old erect penis is around 9 cm, or 3.5 inches. Remember this is an average, so there will be variations because guys start puberty at different ages, and develop at different rates, and because of this, you shouldn-t compare too closely with your friends.
    Sorry the chart is in inches, but 1 inch is 2.54 cm.

    If it-s just slightly bent, I really wouldn-t worry about it--lots of men are bent.

  • Nope. You can be 7 foot tall and have a 2 incher. You can be 4 foot tall and have a 15 incher. It-s just based on genetics, and yes, it-s also based on body size. Usually, guys carrying more weight have smaller penises because of the -fat pad- that is right on top of their penis. But as soon as they loose the weight, they will have regular-sized penises. To answer your last question, most penises stop growing by age 18, 19, or 20. Good luck.
