Sounds like you are a typical normal guy, not sure what you expect it to do. Most guys average only 1/2 inch to 3 inches flaccid, and that varies for the guy during the day. So flaccid size is not relevant to anything regarding sexually erect size. Heck if it is really cold the little booger can shrink away to almost nothing.
