You could buy a hair removal lotion.
Although I wouldn-t recommend it, because once, I used it on my legs and I got a bad rash. It didn-t go away for 2 weeks. Oh and it was VERY painful..!

Uh...no it doesn-t. It is trus that it messes with the capillary structure, but I have not met a smoker who claims smoking reduces his penis size

I don-t believe it does, but the only reason I could think that might vaguely work is that smoking stunts your growth, but I think that just means your height. Smoking is still a bad habit regardless and many people find it unattractive so it is not the best way to get any one to go near your penis.

Smoking can constrict blood vessels and possibly make it more difficult to achieve an erection, but as for making your penis shorter, there is no evidence of anything like that happening.

If your penis is getting shorter I recommend you consult a medical professional.
