and use string and put one end up to your skin and the other to the tip... on the top of your weiner and then use your index finger and thumb to pinch the peice of the string that you are putting at the tip
then put it up to the ruler

The best way to do it is when you-re standing up with an erection. Take a wooden or plastic ruler and place one end on top of your penis. Then push in slightly towards the bladder. Look down. Read it and weep.

P.S. If you don-t push in a little you could get an incorrect reading because excess skin or fat covers the base of the penis, making it look smaller than it really is.
