The correct way to measure is with a tape measure (not ruler as it doesn-t start out right at the edge) from your pubic bone to the tip of your erection. From underneath - which some guys do - would give an extra inch or so, but be a false -reading-.

Oh, dont measure with a straight ruler by measuring girth, use a tape measure, measure in inches, thats what penis size is measured in.

Girth is the circumference, not the diameter. So you need a tape measure to wrap round it for that. 15 cms is average or above for your age.
