i have a read spot on my penis and it hurts real bad and i have no clue what it is..at sometimes it itch and gets all scabs then when i take a shower the scabs go fall off then come again...what do i need to heal this? or should i jus see a doctor for it?

i have your same problem i went to the doctors and they said it was normal, most people get it and she said the cure was to wash daily and use e45 on the thing three times a day! nice question though!
