Ok so my penis has always been quite sensitive, for whatever reason i never reali thgt about it i just coped with it

Just pull back your foreskin and expose the glans to the air for a few minutes a day. It doesn-t even have to touch anything, just having it exposed to the air will help. Over the span of a month or so, you should slowly get used to the sensitivity so that touching won-t be so uncomfortable.

the advise you quoted is good. I even got to the point where I could run around with my foreskin retracted all the time, and have the bare head exposed all day. The only thing I could add to the above advise is to get some baby oil and apply to your finger and a little to the glans, and rub your finger around the glans (the baby oil is for lubrication). This gets the glans used to being touched.
