I-ve always heard the average size (circumference) is about the roundness of if you make a circle with your first (pointer) finger and just touch it to your thumb that-s about average and that the average penis just barely fits inside a toilet paper roll. well it-s hard to say, because at that age people are still going through puberty.

the averge size for an ADULT is 5-6 inches. so i would suspect that anything 4 and above could be considered average for a 15 y/o
