This is my story on the issue.

When I was 19 I was at 7.5in long and 6in in girth. Not bad, but I wanted to be bigger.
I started to do basic jelqing, and started slow, but eventually worked up to being able to do it for about 30 min intervals. No specific schedule, just whenever I had the time. In about a year, I worked my way up to 9in long and gain about another inch in girth, and I-ve been quite happy with that ever since, and the changes have been permanent. The key is to be persistent and patient and DON-T be too rigorous to begin with!

Since there are a lot of posts on this subject, I-ll probably be reposting this a lot. Just wanting to help ppl out. Truth is it REALLY doesn-t matter... lol, but nobody will complain either ;-) Good Luck!
